Water 2 Wine, which produces a wide variety of wines in-house, is opening at the Buda Mill & Grain shopping center near downtown Buda, 306 S. Main St., in late summer. In addition to producing small-batch varieties of its own, Water 2 Wine offers guests the chance to take part in creating a personal wine with a custom label.
