Pokeatery opened on Dec. 4 at 1201 Barbara Jordan Blvd., Austin, in the Mueller development.
The owners, husband-and-wife team Derek and Joann Chung, have two other locations in northern California, where they debuted their signature poke boxes as well as pokecado toast—a mashup of poke and avocado toast.
