The Settlement Home for Children broke ground in the land located behind its current location at 1600 Payton Gin Road, Austin in July. The 100-year-old nonprofit that provides homes and education for foster children plans to use the extra land to expand its services in the future, with an end date still to-be-decided. 512-836-2150.
