Poke House expects to open in late March or early April at 11150 Research Blvd., Ste. 216, Austin. The fast-casual restaurant will let customers build their own poke dishes by selecting from choices of rice or salad, sauces and proteins such as sushi-grade salmon, tuna and yellowtail.
