Owners Alex and Angie Ellis opened Scoop and Score, an ice cream parlour and coffee shop, at 111 N. Vista Ridge Blvd., Ste. 202, Cedar Park, on Sept. 16. The shop serves Graeter’s Ice Cream, a Cincinnati-based manufacturer that uses all natural ingredients with no artificial flavors or dyes.
