Voter turnout during the nearly two weeks of early voting in Dallas County for the Nov. 8 election was about 28%, according to county election figures.
Between Oct. 24-Nov. 4, 391,328 voters cast in-person ballots in Dallas County, data shows. Of the number of ballots cast, 11,622 were from Coppell voters, according to the city secretary’s office.
On the ballot for Coppell are two propositions and a host of candidates at the federal, state and county levels.
Proposition A concerns whether or not to continue the adoption of one-fourth of one percent sales and use tax to provide revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets for a four-year period.
