The founder of Hunan Ranch is opening a new Asian fusion restaurant in Leander, according to an April 29 press release from NewQuest Properties.

Hunan Ranch founder John Chen signed a lease for a 2,826-square-foot space at the Crystal Falls Centre, located near the intersection of Crystal Falls Parkway and North Lakeline Boulevard, according to the release. The restaurant, called Sky Asian Fusion, is slated to open in the fourth quarter of the year.

Sky Asian Fusion will feature menu items familiar to Chen’s current customers, according to the release. The space, located at 1825 Crystal Falls Parkway, Leander, previously housed Mattress One, which closed four months ago.
