Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce to relocate to Cypress
Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce officials said the organization has plans to relocate its office from 8711 Hwy. 6 N., Ste. 120 in Houston to Cypress by Aug. 11.
Founded in 1986, per the website, the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce is a member-driven organization that serves the community by providing value to businesses through advocacy, leadership and growth.
The organization holds networking and business development meetings as well as business expos and luncheons, where business representatives can build lasting relationships.

Magnolia, Brookshire among HAR’s Q2 list of Houston’s hottest communities
Greater Houston suburban areas such as Magnolia, Brookshire and La Marque are trending in home sale growth, according to the Houston Association of Realtors' latest Hottest Communities report for the second quarter of 2026.
Construction of new homes was a significant factor for the growth of many of the top 10 communities, per the report. Additionally, six of the top 10 communities had an average home price below the Houston-area average of $455,159.
The list is led by the Magnolia/1488 West area, which saw a 61.6% increase in sales compared to 2025. Meanwhile, the Huffman area, east of Atascocita, had a 58.2% increase, while Conroe Southwest saw a 38% gain.

Latin-owned, Eden Coffee & Tea now open Jersey Village
Eden Coffee & Tea officials said the family-owned coffee shop is now serving the Jersey Village community.
Eden Coffee & Tea serves specialty drinks made with homemade syrups and small bites made in-house.
“Eden was created from a desire to bring people together through quality coffee, meaningful conversations and a place where our community feels at home,” officials said. “We are excited to open our doors and serve the people around us with love, excellence and gratitude.”

Produced by The Cleverly Stone Foundation, Houston Restaurant Weeks is a multiweek event that helps raise funds for the Houston Food Bank. This year will mark the event's 23rd year, as previously reported by Community Impact.
According to a July 15 news release, more than 350 restaurants across the Greater Houston area are expected to participate in this year's event, and prix fixe menus for brunch, lunch and dinner were announced July 15.
