Jarrett "Doc" Armstrong beat Russ Medeiros for a spot on the Keller City Council.
Armstrong received 2,072 votes, or 55.39%, to win the runoff for Place 4. Medeiros garnered 1,669 votes, or 44.61%.
The numbers did not change after Tarrant County's election office posted results with 22 of 28 precincts counted.
Armstrong will finish the remainder of Tag Green’s term through May 2028. According to previous reporting, Green resigned and ran in the mayoral race May 2.

With 78% of the Keller precincts reporting, Jarrett "Doc" Armstrong still leads against Russ Medeiros.
According to an update from the Tarrant County Election website, Armstrong has 2,072 votes, or 55.39%, with 22 of 28 precincts reporting.
Medeiros has picked up 1,669 votes, or 44.61%.
The winner will finish the remainder of Tag Green’s term through May 2028. According to previous reporting, Green resigned and ran in the mayoral race May 2.

According to the unofficial early voting totals posted on the Tarrant County Elections Office website, Jarrett "Doc" Armstrong has secured 1,597 votes, or 55.05% of the total. Russ Medeiros received 1,304 votes, or 44.95% of the votes for Place 4 on the Keller City Council.
According to the county election website, voter turnout is at 3.63% for this race and a council seat in Arlington.
Keller voters had the chance to cast their ballot between Medeiros and Armstrong for the Place 4 seat in Keller after no candidate received more than 50% of the vote in the May 2 local election.

A business owner and veteran, Medeiros received 41.75% of the vote in the May 2 election. Armstrong, a chiropractor, garnered 39.07%.
The third candidate in the May 2 election was Elda Rata, who received 19.18% of the vote, according to previous reporting.
