Hwy. 249 northbound from Rollingwood Street to Circle Lake Drive in Magnolia will be totally closed from 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, to 5 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 27, according to the Texas Department of Transportation and Houston TranStar database. Detour signs will be posted.
