Tomball, Magnolia home sales see decrease year over year in March

Home sales saw a decrease year over year in March in the Tomball and Magnolia area, according to market data provided by local real estate firm The Renee Leslie Group.

In four of the five Tomball-and-Magnolia-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw an increase year over year in March. 77355 saw the largest percentage increase of 21.5%, going from $300,000 to $364,500.

Of the homes that sold in March in Tomball and Magnolia, 69.7% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
