In all five Tomball and Magnolia-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw an increase year over year in February. 77362 saw the largest percentage increase of 17.66%—going from $281,990 to $331,787.
Of the homes that sold in February in Tomball and Magnolia, 64.2% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
Also of noteIn three of the five ZIP codes in the Tomball and Magnolia area, the average time homes spent on the market rose year over year in February. The ZIP code 77375 saw the largest percentage increase of 50%—with homes going from spending an average of 64 days to an average of 96 days on the market.
