In three of the five Tomball and Magnolia-area ZIP codes, the median home price saw an increase year over year in December. 77355 saw the largest increase of 10.34%—going from $290,000 to $319,990.
Of the homes that sold in December in Conroe and Montgomery, 71% of them were priced between $250,000-$499,999.
Also of noteIn three of the five ZIP codes in the Tomball and Magnolia area, the average time homes spent on the market rose year over year in December. The ZIP code 77377 saw the largest percentage increase of 50.77%—with homes going from spending an average of 65 days to an average of 98 days on the market.
