Occupancy rates were up year over year in the Tomball and Magnolia area for office, industrial and retail properties as of mid-December, data shows.
As of Dec. 14, there were 16 industrial buildings under construction in Tomball and Magnolia with 4.81 million square feet of space already recorded locally, data shows.
