According to the release, the Tomball Regional Health Foundation will provide $500,000 in funding to help LSFHC expand its primary medical and dental services in the community.
Lone Star Family Health Center is a nonprofit and federally qualified health center that has served underserved, underinsured and uninsured patients in Montgomery County since 2002, according to the release. The center offers comprehensive primary care including family medicine, women’s health, dentistry and behavioral health across five locations.

Going forward
The location in Magnolia is expected to open in early 2026 as the center works to establish budgets, complete renovations and recruit staff, according to the release.
