On Jan. 29, the U.S. Census Bureau released new five-year data for 2024 as part of its American Community Survey, which represents a five-year estimate of the population across the country from 2020 to 2024. This data compares with the 2019 survey results, which studied the country from 2015 to 2019.

In all five Tomball and Magnolia area ZIP codes, the median household income increased between 2019 and 2024, according to the U.S. Census data. ZIP code 77377 saw the largest percentage increase of 33.3% as the median household income rose from $96,994 to $129,327.
What else?
When it comes to educational attainment, the percentage of Tomball and Magnolia residents 25 years or older who are high school graduates or higher rose from 90.6% to 92.3% between 2019 and 2024, according to the U.S. Census data.
Additionally, the percentage of residents 25 years and older who earned a bachelor’s degree or higher also increased, growing from 35.2% to 40.3%.
