Residents are invited to share their thoughts on various aspects of Tomball in an online survey the city has launched as part of its work putting together an updated comprehensive plan.
The survey will be open through at least November, Assistant City Manager Jessica Rogers said in an email.
In a nutshell
The city’s last comprehensive plan, adopted in 2019, touched on topics such as the city’s existing conditions; visions for different aspects of the city, such as parks, development and downtown; recommendations for the city; and implementation guidelines.
In the online survey, residents are being asked to share their thoughts on things such as:
- What they think the biggest priorities for Tomball should be
- Their favorite developments and why
- The types of housing they think Tomball needs more of
- What they see the future of transportation in Tomball looking like
What else?
Alongside the online survey, city staff will do community outreach at the city’s fall events, starting with the Depot Day Fall Fest on Nov. 4, Rogers said.
