Tomball City Council voted April 20 to award a contract of $59,182.44 to B & C Constructors, to build restrooms at the Wayne Stovall Sports Complex.

Public Works Director Beth Jones answered the council's questions on what the project would include.

“This is a restroom build-out in the barn that is located at the barn at Wayne Stovall right now,” she said. "We are in full compliance with building codes."

The project will be built out of an existing equipment barn at the complex, and will include electricity, plumbing, heating and cooling, according to city documents.
