Tomball ISD trustees are set to host their first budget workshop March 16, presented by Chief Financial Officer Zack Boles, according to the meeting agenda.

As previously reported by Community Impact, TISD approved a $230.3 million budget in June focused on boosting teacher pay due to state funding.
Deputy Superintendent Amy Schindewolf will also be presenting TISD’s District of Innovation plan. In accordance with state law, the district's innovation plan renews every five years. According to its website, DOI plans allow the district to be exempt from certain requirements of the Texas Education Code.
