A filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation was recently submitted for the construction of a new Dollar Tree location.
The breakdown
Dollar Tree submitted the filing for construction on Oct. 21. The official estimated cost for construction is $195,000 for a 10,057-square-foot space.
As previously reported, The Grand at 249 is a $90 million retail development space set to be completed in 2027. The retail space will host multiple pad sites for a wide variety of businesses including retail shops, restaurants and more.
