1. Audubon Elementary School
The foundation has been poured for the new elementary school, which will be the district’s first two-story elementary school. The school board approved increasing the guaranteed maximum price for Audubon Elementary during a July 17 meeting by $620,000 as a result of design changes necessitated by the Audubon community. The prior GMP was $1 million under budget, district officials said.

2. Intermediate School No. 3
Initial site work is underway for the district’s third intermediate school, spanning grades 5-6. The school’s layout will be similar to Magnolia Intermediate School with a larger gym, more faculty offices and restrooms, and the addition of a fifth grade music room, according to district information.

3. Junior High School No. 3
Magnolia ISD's board of trustees approved the guaranteed maximum price for its third junior high school—a project that was approved in the 2022 bond—to be $70.86 million during a July 17 meeting. District officials said this is $2 million less than projected for the cost of the school. The school will be built across from the Magnolia Parkway Elementary campus and house seventh and eighth grades, and land is in the process of being cleared.
