From Venezuelan cuisine to wood-fired pizza, there's a variety of eateries to check out locally. Here are the 11 restaurants featured in the Tomball-Magnolia edition of Community Impact in 2023.

1. Fritos y Mas

Fritos Y Mas, a family-owned restaurant serving Venezuelan cuisine, opened Feb. 16. Restaurant owners Marcial Vilchez Gerente and Maricruz Perozo said they hope to introduce the Tomball area to its Venezuelan delights.Keep reading.

2. Sauced Up

Dawn Patterson and Lisa Garcia began Sauced Up, a restaurant and bar, with an oven and a food truck in 2020, and they opened the brick-and-mortar eatery Feb. 16.Read more about the restaurant.


3. Margaritas and Fajitas Mexican Kitchen

After 17 years working in the restaurant industry, Ever Mendoza became his own boss and opened Margaritas and Fajitas Mexican Kitchen, a Tex-Mex restaurant, in Tomball this year Jan. 22.Find out what's on the menu.

4. Pho N Grill

Wife and husband Mariana Ayomide Ademuwagun and Kayode Ademuwagun have brought the flavors of their West African roots to Pho N Grill, a Vietnamese restaurant in Pinehurst the couple took ownership of in August 2022.Keep reading.


5. Manna Bread from Heaven

With a love of baking, owner Christin Morse originally started Manna Bread From Heaven out of her home in 2016, she said. When it comes to the restaurant’s menu, Morse said Manna Bread From Heaven serves cafe items such as paninis and breakfast sandwiches alongside coffee and tea selections, such as lattes, espresso and Earl Grey.Learn more.

7. The Deck Food Park

8. Juicepop & More

When she decided to open her restaurant Juicepop & More on FM 2978, Pinehurst resident Linh Tran said she wanted to bring a healthier option to the community, as she follows a gluten-free and plant-based diet.Check it out.


9. Paradigm Brewery

10. Hans Crawfish

Hans Crawfish relocated to Tomball from Cypress in February 2022. Owners Hans and Ashley Stevens said the outpouring of community support in the business’s first year at the new location was incredible.Read more.
