Highland Homes and Perry Homes have started presales in Kresston, a 1,200-acre community by Johnson Development located along FM 1486, according to a Nov. 7 news release.

The details

Highland Homes has begun selling homes designed for 40-foot homesites, according to the release, and is offering floor plans ranging from 1,582 to 2,472 square feet beginning in the $360,000s.

Perry Homes is currently offering floor plans on 50-foot homesites ranging from 2,100 to 2,800 square feet and beginning in the $410,000s, according to the release.

Kresston’s first phase will have approximately 359 homes, according to the release, and when finished, Kresston will have about 3,600 homes.

Johnson Development recently added Gracepoint Homes, a Montgomery-based home builder, to its roster of seven builders for the Kresston community, according to the release.

Gracepoint Homes will have 24 65-foot homesites in the community, with prices starting from the high $700,000s, according to the release.
