Tricon Willow Creek, a single-family rental development by Tricon Residential, is officially open in Tomball, according to a Sept. 19 press release.

The details

The new build-to-rent community includes 158 homes and offers three- and four-bedroom options, according to the release.

Pricing for the rental homes start at $2,289 per month, according to Tricon Residential’s website.

Also of note

The community will offer amenities such as:

Attached two-car garages
Fenced-in backyards
Smart home technology
A pool and barbecue area
A playground

“Tricon is proud to add much-needed housing supply,” Andy Carmody, senior managing director and head of sustainability at Tricon Residential, said via news release. “Tricon Willow Creek will enhance the supply and diversity of high-quality homes, at prices well below the cost of owning.”
