Audubon, a master-planned community in Magnolia, announced a new model home park along Audubon Park Drive, according to a July 19 news release from Audubon.

The model homes are from Empire Communities, Drees Custom Homes and Perry Homes, according to the release. All of the homebuilders have model homes open for viewing. Empire has floor plans from 2,317 square feet to 3,281 square feet that start in the upper $500,000s. Drees offers floor plans between 2,938 square feet and 4,539 square feet starting at $630,000. Perry floor plans range from 2,400 square feet to 4,200 square feet, and pricing is from the $530,000s, according to the release.

“These model homes perfectly demonstrate the transitional style that is central to the architectural aesthetic found in Audubon,” said Sam Yager III, vice president of Audubon Magnolia Development, in the release. “With these added to our existing builders, we are able to meet the need of any homebuyer, whether you’re a first-time homeowner, you’re moving up to accommodate a growing family or you’re settling into an empty-nester lifestyle.”

The release said the Empire model home can be seen at 15664 Audubon Park Drive while the Drees home is at 15678 Audubon Park Drive and Perry homes are at 15670 and 15674 Audubon Park Drive in Magnolia.
