Coventry Homes, a homebuilder that constructs across Texas, has begun selling homes in Escondido, according to an Oct. 20 release from the company. The company is offering 15 floor plans ranging from 1,739 square feet to 3,336 square feet and priced in the upper $200,000s.
The 150-acre master-planned community, located on FM 1774 just west of Magnolia West High School, will feature 600 homes, Community Impact Newspaper previously reported. Coventry Homes will be building 200 of the homes.
“Escondido is a charming community where homeowners can relax and enjoy life,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for Coventry Homes, said in the release. “The wide range of flexible floor plans we are offering will ensure that homebuyers find a home that meets their needs and budget.”
Homes will feature up to five bedrooms, island kitchens, two-car garages and covered patios, according to the release. Students in the community will attend Magnolia ISD schools.
