Lennar adds 94-home development to Orange Maple Way

Lennar, a housing development company, has opened its fourth nuHome Houston-area community at 33540 Orange Maple Way in Pinehurst, according to a June 22 news release.



The new site, Arbor Trace, offers 94 homesites along with a neighborhood walking trail and wooded reserves.



Homes begin at $150,000 and range from 1,174-2,229 square feet, including one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations.



All plans include a built-in dishwasher, a self-cleaning gas range, a microwave and a refrigerator among other amenities.



For those interested, a fully furnished model home is available at Orange Maple Way, and more information can be found on Lennar’s website.
