Half Baked Cookie Co., located at 13650 FM 1488, Ste. 300, Magnolia, opened June 26, franchisee Janice Kolin-Anderson said via email July 11.
“Opening day was a dream come true for us, the overflowing and ongoing support from the community makes each day a pleasure to be open,” Kolin-Anderson said. “One of my favorite things is watching children come in and see the big smiles on their faces when they see the cookies in the display case.”
Kolin-Anderson opened the business alongside her daughter and business partner Lindsey Kolin, Community Impact previously reported.
“Our menu includes the original sugary goodness, but we are also proud to offer gluten, keto and paleo-friendly options,” Kolin-Anderson said. “Customizable cookie cakes [are] available in various sizes [and] you can choose any of our cookie flavors. We can cater your event and also offer individual cookie packaging as well as shipping nationwide.”
