Half Baked Cookie Co. will be opening a franchise location at 13650 FM 1488, Ste. 300, Magnolia, in April, franchisee Janice Kolin-Anderson said via email Jan. 26.

“Our family lives in Magnolia, and one of my biggest goals has been to own my own business,” Kolin-Anderson said. “I believe in supporting and giving back to the community you live in. After watching Stephanie's success and growth of Half Baked [Cookie Co.] and being one of Half Baked [Cookie Co.]'s biggest fans and customers, our family decided to be franchise owners.”

Kolin-Anderson will be opening the 1,383-square-foot location alongside her daughter and business partner Lindsey Kolin.

“[Customers can expect] the regular gooey cookie goodness plus gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free and paleo/keto-friendly cookies,” Kolin-Anderson said. “We offer cookies and customized cookie cakes [as well as] local delivery, shipping and catering.”

Half Baked Cookie Co. also has locations in Cypress and Tomball.
