Work on improvements at Robinson Road and I-45 continued in mid-August, with new traffic signals working and contractor Main Lane completing striping, signage and landscaping, among other projects, according to Montgomery County Precinct 3.

The project will improve I-45 frontage road access at Woodlands Parkway and Robinson Road as well as widening Robinson at Patsy Lane to four lanes. The widening includes adding a traffic signal at the Robinson overpass at I-45 and aligns lanes at the interchange. It also includes reconfiguring the cloverleaf at the I-45 frontage roads.

Timeline: March-early fall
Cost: $2.4 million
