Harris County Precinct 4 plans to seek bid authorization in the first quarter of 2020 for a $6.5 million project to upgrade the two-lane asphalt section on Gosling Road between West Rayford Road and Creekside Forest Drive to a four lane concrete boulevard with drainage, according to Pamela Rocchi, director of the Precinct 4 Capital Improvements Project Division.
