previous month, fewer homes were sold in all but one ZIP code. The largest increase in homes sold, 20%, occurred in the 77381 ZIP code.

Homes spent more days on the market in 2024 than in 2023 in September in five ZIP codes.
The most popular price point for September sales was the range of $300,000 to $599,999, with 110 homes in that range.
