Fewer homes were sold in The Woodlands area in August 2024 than in August 2023 in six ZIP codes, according to the latest data available in early September.

Median home sale prices were higher in five out of seven The Woodlands-area ZIP codes in August 2024 compared to August 2023, with the highest median home price reaching $924,000 in the 77381 ZIP code, according to data gathered by the Christine Hale Realty Group.

In the previous month, the ZIP code with the highest median prices was 77382.

Homes also spent more days on the market in 2024 than in 2023 in August in four ZIP codes and it stayed the same in a fifth ZIP code, 77384.

The most popular price point for July sales was the range of $300,000 to $599,999, with 157 homes in that range, below the previous two months' totals.
