Home sales in The Woodlands area increased in June in three ZIP codes compared to June 2023, with the highest median home price reaching $936,000 in the 77382 ZIP code, according to data gathered by the Christine Hale Realty Group.More homes were sold in June 2024 than in May 2024. A total of 372 homes were sold in June, compared to 346 in May.

However, the number of homes sold year over year in The Woodlands area decreased in June 2024 compared to June 2023 in all but two of seven area ZIP codes. More homes were sold in 77385 and 77386 than the previous year.

In three out of seven area ZIP codes, houses were on the market for longer in June 2024 compared to June 2023.Most of the homes sold were in the $300,000-$599,999 price range, with 194 homes in that range this June compared to 189 in May.
