More homes were sold in April 2024 than in April 2023 in five out of seven ZIP codes in The Woodlands area, and median prices were up in four ZIP codes, according to data gathered by the Christine Hale Realty Group. The total number of homes sales in April 2023 was 306, and in April 2024, a total of 337 homes were sold.Data for The Woodlands area in March showed an increase in homes sold in only three of those ZIP codes.

The highest relative increase among median prices per ZIP code—24.4%—was in the 77389 ZIP code, and the biggest decrease, 37.9%, was in 77380.The number of days homes were on the market in The Woodlands area in April was lower in all but two ZIP codes.Most homes sold in April cost between $300,000 and $599,999, according to the Christine Hale Realty Group.
