Early 2024 saw more home sales in some parts of The Woodlands area but lower median prices throughout most of the region. Data is provided by Christine Hale of the Christine Hale Realty Group.

The number of homes sold in January 2024 increased in three ZIP codes in The Woodlands area compared to January 2023, with the highest percentage increase—26.67%—occurring in 77380.Meanwhile, the median price decreased in five out of seven of those ZIP codes. The steepest decreased also occurred in the 77380 ZIP code, where a 44% drop was seen.Homes stayed on the marked longer in January 2024 than in January 2023 in four out of seven ZIP codes.The highest-selling price category at homes remained at $300,000 to $599,999, similar to previous months.
