The Howard Hughes Corp. announced April 21 it has signed six new office leases at its properties at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower, Two Hughes Landing in Hughes Landing and 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive, all in The Woodlands.

According to a news release, a variety of businesses have been signed at the three locations.

"Companies continue to seek out The Woodlands for the variety of office spaces that provide flexibility as businesses evolve and grow, as well as for the exceptional lifestyle valued by today’s employees,” said Jim Carman, president of the Houston region for The Howard Hughes Corp., in the release. “The Woodlands Towers, Hughes Landing and 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive offer premier locations, convenient access to Interstate 45, plus all the shopping, dining, entertainment and other urban amenities—all in a walkable, natural setting—which have helped make The Woodlands one of the top-rated communities to live in America.”

The news release states that SI Group Inc., a company involved with performance additives, process solutions, active pharmaceutical ingredients and chemical intermediates, has leased 15,018 square feet in Two Hughes Landing.

The release states at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower, Clouthier Law, PLLC, a Texas criminal and civil appeals law firm, has leased 3,218 square feet, and Banorte Securities International Ltd., an investment management and brokerage service company, has leased 3,170 square feet.


The release states at 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive, University Title Co., a full-service title and real estate settlement provider, has leased 4,781 square feet, relocating from Spring. Tailwater Innovation Partners LLC, a full-service energy transition and engineering solutions provider, has leased 2,525 square feet to establish a new office. In addition, Accron, a U.S.-based chemical marketing organization with emphasis in products serving the oil and gas, fuel oils, blendstocks, compounding, paint and coatings, water treatment and mining industries, has leased 2,542 square feet.
