Cava, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, opened Jan. 27 in the former Zoes Kitchen storefront at 6700 Woodlands Parkway, Ste. 170, The Woodlands. Cava is located in the Sterling Ridge Shopping Center.

Cava sells customizable salad, grain and rice bowls with a variety of protein and topping options. Cava acquired Zoes Kitchen in 2018 and is converting many locations into Cava restaurants, according to the company. www.cava.com
