Class Act Productions is celebrating the theater's 25-year anniversary this winter. The theatre, located at 25275 Budde Road, The Woodlands, is hosting an anniversary event Dec. 4 at The Westin at The Woodlands Waterway.

Class Act Productions is nonprofit organization that provides arts and arts education to students and families in The Woodlands. According to Class Act Productions, the organization was created in 1996 when director and co-founder Keith Brumfield saw the need for a community theater in The Woodlands. He and teaching associate Kathi Goodfellow presented the Class Act's first performance of "Bye, Bye, Birdie" in the winter of 1997.

The anniversary event will have live performers, an open bar, food and casino games. Doors will open at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $150. 281-941-8500. www.classactproductions.org
