F45 Training, a high-intensity interval training fitness studio, announced plans to open Dec. 11 in Birnham Woods Marketplace, located at 4057 Riley Fuzzel Road, Ste. 1050, Spring.

According to F45 Training Membership Manager Marlena Hedine, the studio focuses on functional movements that use multiple joints and muscles.

"You’ll never do the same class twice, because each workout is created from a database of more than 3,000 different exercises," Hedine said. "This means two things: one, you won’t ever get bored; two, you’ll recover quickly because you’re constantly targeting different muscle groups."
