Pell 1990, a new high end women's clothing boutique store at 24811 Gosling Road, Spring, is planning to open its doors Oct. 15.

According to owner Courtney Wilkerson, the boutique will offer classic staples from day to night, including clothing, shoes and accessories.

"The interior of the store is special as it gives a nod to the '90s throughout the design to create the ultimate girl cave for its customers," Wilkerson said.
