A Hyatt House Hotel is nearing completion next to Metropark Square at 18645 Residence Drive, Shenandoah. It is expected to open its doors April 28.
When completed, the hotel will feature a dining and bar area, a fitness center, a business center, a market pantry, a guest laundry room and an outdoor pool, according to developer Sam Moon Group. 602-740-9975. www.hyatt.com
