On April 1, the Howard Hughes Corp. celebrated the completion of renovations on an office building at 1400 Woodloch Forest Drive, The Woodlands, with two additional suites ready to move in.

According to a press release from the Howard Hughes Corp., the renovation extended the lobby through the ground level of the building, leading to the parking areas on the north side and south side.

“We are proud to debut the modern makeover of the 1400 Woodloch Forest office building lobby,” said Jim Carman, Houston Region president for the Howard Hughes Corp., in the release. “With visually-appealing, updated enhancements and the addition of updated technology, this attractive office building provides an ideal location for office space, especially given its easy access to Interstate 45 and The Woodlands Town Center.”
