Work is underway a mixed-use development on around 1 acre of land at Kuykendahl Road and Indian Hills Drive in The Woodlands. According to Caldwell Cos., which is brokering the sale of the land, the property will be a combination of office space and retail once it is completed. The land is currently for sale by Caldwell Cos.
