Creekside Park's newest commercial development will add another tenant next year, the Howard Hughes Corp. announced Dec. 18.

The first Scooter's Coffee location in the Greater Houston area is expected to launch at Creekside Park West, located at 26543 Kuykendahl Road, The Woodlands, in the spring, according to Howard Hughes.

The announcement of the new drive-thru Scooter's coffeeshop follows the arrival of several dining, lifestyle and entertainment venues at Creekside Park West since late 2019, including an 11-screen Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas theater, Baja Sur Fresh-Mex and Tequila Bar, Press Waffle Co., and a Yoga Six studio. Howard Hughes also plans to open its newest residential development in the neighborhood, a 360-unit complex at 8440 Creekside Green Drive, in the spring.

“Our vision for Creekside Park Village Center is to create the premier example of a walkable suburban village center with shopping, dining, daily service and entertainment easily accessible to the residents nearby,” said Jim Carman, Howard Hughes' Houston region president, in a statement. “Scooter’s Coffee will provide a tremendous amenity to our residents living in Creekside Park, and we selected them due to their outstanding reputation and product offerings.”

The Nebraska-based coffeehouse offers a variety of hot and iced coffee drinks, including seasonal specialties, in addition to teas, smoothies, breakfast foods and bakery items. The brand has launched more than 280 locations nationwide since its founding in 1998. www.scooterscoffee.com
