Following its soft launch late this summer, Off the Hook Seafood has been open for dine-in and takeout orders in northeastern Spring ahead of a future grand opening.

The new seafood eatery first opened its doors at 2222 Rayford Road, Ste. 105, Spring, on Aug. 27. The restaurant remains in its soft opening phase while offering a variety of shrimp-, oyster-, clam-, crab- and fish-based plates as well as seafood by the pound. Menu items include gumbo, po'boys, poutine, soups, ceviche and meal baskets. Seasonal crawfish boils are also held. 346-331-2893. www.facebook.com/pg/offthehookrayford
