The Lane at Waterway announces mid-December opening

Developer Howard Hughes Corp. has announced The Lane at Waterway, an urban multifamily development, is anticipated to officially open by mid-December at 10100 Six Pines Drive, The Woodlands.

According to a press release from Howard Hughes Corp., the seven-story development features contemporary finishes with quartz countertops, simulated wood flooring, stainless appliances, walk-in closets and 9-foot-plus ceilings.


“We are extremely excited to announce the official debut of The Lane at Waterway later this month,” said Crystal Bledsoe, Howard Hughes Corp. national multifamily asset manager, in the press release. “As the newest multifamily urban community in The Woodlands, this distinctive community offers modern apartments as well as street-level, walk-up townhomes for lease, situated near the beautiful and walkable setting of The Woodlands Waterway.”
