Wright’s Landing is a new community developed by Gracepoint Homes located in Spring near the Grand Parkway and Rayford Road. The community offers one- and two-story homes ranging from $207,990 to $264,000. The neighborhood will feature 104 home sites when built out. Residents of the community can enjoy a variety of amenities at Wright’s Landing, such as a community swimming pool, a dog park and a splash pad located within the community.
