Voting for The Woodlands Township village boards to take place Feb. 10-15

Positions for several village association and residential design review committee boards in The Woodlands Township will be up for election Feb. 15, with early voting starting Feb. 10.

What you need to know

According to information from The Woodlands Township, elections will be held for the following:

• Alden Bridge Village Association
• Cochran’s Crossing Residential Design Review Committee
• Grogan’s Mill Village Association
• Panther Creek Residential Design Review Committee
• Panther Creek Village Association
• Sterling Ridge Residential Design Review Committee

The five-member RDRCs serve one-year terms and facilitate property improvements in the community. Members dedicate several hours each month to review applications for property improvements to maintain design standards.

The village associations are civic associations that facilitate village activities. Officer duties may vary by village and position, according to the township.

At the polls

Voting takes place at The Woodlands Township Town Hall, located at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd., The Woodlands.

Early voting takes place from Feb. 10-14 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and regular election day hours Feb. 15 are 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
