Milner said he feels blessed to receive the votes he did throughout the election.

"I am excited to represent them for the next two years," Milner said. "I am looking forward to working with all of the members of the community and continuing to help lead The Woodlands to be a great community for all of the residents, and working to collaborate with everybody that we can to continue to provide that for the residents."

With all Harris and Montgomery county precincts reporting, the unofficial election results for the Position 7 seat on The Woodlands board of directors show incumbent Bob Milner retaining his seat. Milner received 10,340, or 56.14% of votes cast, Zipporah SIngleton received 5,709, or 31% of votes cast and Luis Granados received 2,368, or 12.86% of votes cast. All results are unofficial until canvassed.

Incumbent Bob Milner was re-elected to his seat on The Woodlands board of directors Position 7 with around 56% of the vote.

Milner received a total of 9,746 votes from Montgomery County, which posted unofficial results from all precincts, and from Harris County early voting. Opponents Zipporah Singleton and Luis Granados received 5,501 and 2,242 votes, respectively.

Milner was unavailable for comment on Tuesday night.

As the polls closed Nov. 2, Bob Milner showed an early lead with around 55% of the votes in Montgomery County for The Woodlands Township board of directors position 7 seat.

Milner has received a total of 5,405 votes between early and absentee ballots that have been cast in Montgomery County. Early voting results have not been made available from Harris County at this time. Zipporah Singleton has received 3,262 votes, or 33% of the vote, and Luis Granados has received 1,197 or 12% of the vote.

Milner is among the three candidates running for the position, and it is the only contested candidate race for the Nov. 2 election.
